HTS-02J-202101-040 作者：三只松鼠,Jenny,五饼二鱼 / Himalaya Australia 和訳：叁貳壹倒計時,春華秋実 /ヒマラヤ東京櫻花団 2021年1月18日中共国家統計局はコロナ禍がもたらした巨大な衝撃と複雑で厳しい国内外の情勢を受けたものの、国内総生産（GDP）が前年比2.3％増で100兆1,159億8,600万人民元に達した、史上初めて100兆元を突破した。 「人民日報」の海外版に掲載された中共国の実績を見てみよう：中国はその衝撃に直面し、逆境を突破し、率先してパンダミックを食い止め、経済成長をマイナスからプラスに転換した世界で唯一の主要経済大国となった…GDPが跳ね上がっただけでなく、この1年で技術革新がますます活発になり、情報・商業などの現代サービス産業が発展を続け、1人当たりのGDPは上位中所得国の中で安定し、最終消費支出は55兆元を突破した…などなど。 本当にそうなのか、中共国の経済はそんなにすごいのか。著者の見解では、これは中国共産党による国民を騙すためのカムフラージュである。 シカゴ大学ブース・スクール・オブ・ビジネスの謝長泰教授と香港中文大学の3人の共著者の論文によると、中共国は2008年から2016年まで毎年平均2ポイントずつ実質GDPを過大評価して、2016年の公式データは経済規模を16％誇張させ、1兆5000億ドル以上に相当する可能性がある。なぜそうするのか？地方の幹部の昇進は経済的なパフォーマンスに左右されるため、統計データを改竄して政治的実績を上げなければならない。 国のGDPの成長は、政府税収の伸び、企業収益の増加、住民所得の増えの3つの分野で反映されるが、2008年以降、中国地方政府のデータは誇張され、虚偽の増加を取り除けば、2008年以降の中共の経済成長の鈍化は、公式データよりも深刻になっている。 また、投資や工業生産高も過大評価されたことで企業の収益性にも過大評価との影響を与えている。更に、2008年以降の公式産業GDPの伸び率は、それに対応する税収の伸び率を上回っており、中共国のGDPの増加も過大評価されていることを示している。元々中共の税収の数字は既に作られているものである。その上、李克強氏総理は、中国では6億人が月給1000元程度と発言した。中共国の統計によると、2019年の農村住民の一人当たり可処分所得は16,021元で、月に約1,300元、約1,000元となっている。住民の所得増は一体どこに反映されているのだろうか？ 2020年の世界経済発展状況を振り返ってみよう。国際通貨基金（IMF）が10月に発表した「世界経済の見通し」では、2020年の世界経済は4.4％縮小し、1930年代の大恐慌以来最悪の不況となった2009年の7倍に相当すると予測している。しかも、2020年の中共国は災害が続いてあり、ウィルスの影響以外に洪水や干ばつ、イナゴなどの二次災害に加えて、物価の高騰が起きているので、経済成長の訳が分からない。どうやって欧米を超えて、主要経済国で唯一のプラス成長を遂げたのか？ 上記で述べたことから、初めて100兆人民元の大台を突破した中共国のGDPは全くのナンセンスであり、国民を騙し、偽りの繁栄の幻想を作り出して更に国民を奴隷化させようとすることが明らかである。 この記事は完全に個人的な意見である。 元記事リンク：https://gnews.org/zh-hans/801110/ 参考資料： 《望海楼：GDP破百万亿元的中国答卷》http://finance.sina.com.cn/roll/2021-01-19/doc-ikftssan8107592.shtml《2020年全球经济形势分析及2021年展望》http://finance.eastmoney.com/a/202012211744226676.html《中國經濟造假有多嚴重？一群學者還原內幕》https://www.cw.com.tw/article/5094304
