The Internet is running hot with discussion over the issue of “vote switching” during the 2020 election in the United States.

What is vote switching? As the term is being used currently it means moving votes after they have already been processed and tabulated, from one candidate to another, either legitimately, because of an error, or illegally.

On-screen (in the Dominion voting machine) adjudication of individual ballots due to damage or signature uncertainties or questions about the intent of the marking on the ballot are cleared up before the ballot is tabulated and therefore would not cause any subsequent corrections/switching of votes.

What type of error would require a change after the ballots have been processed through the machine tabulator? Logically this should be machine errors or nefarious (fraud) activity only since human adjudication took place before the ballots were run through the tabulating machines. If such an error did occur the reason would have to be carefully documented by the election officials.

Logic dictates that the vote count for candidates should only increase incrementally, it should never decrease. Votes are additive. You get one vote, then the count is one. The next vote makes the count two. You cannot get negative votes. Nobody gets to vote to take a vote away from you. Incredibly, instances of decremental votes were recorded during the 2020 election.

There is a video circulating (https://rumble.com/vbyvln-a-close-look-at-the-data-arizona.html) which purports to show the switching of votes in Pinal (104,866), Coconino (49,941) and Pimal (408,794) counties in Arizona.

In December 2019 four Congressional Democrats (Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, Amy Klobuchar, Mark Pocan) sent a letter to Dominion Voting Systems citing problems with their Voting “Tabulation” Machines that “threatened the integrity of US elections” including vote switching.

Because it is now President Trump and some Republicans who are making those same claims for the 2020 election, on cue, the Democrats have changed their story and are denying those claims and are recruiting “experts” who say there is nothing to these charges.

“Many of the claims being asserted about Dominion and questionable voting technology is misinformation at best and, in many cases, they’re outright disinformation,” Edward Perez, an election-technology expert at a nonprofit group that studies voting infrastructure, said this week. “I’m not aware of any evidence of specific things or defects in Dominion software that would lead one to believe that votes had been recorded or counted incorrectly.”[1]

Some organizations have “fact-checked” the issue of vote switching and have ruled them incorrect, or using the favorite term, misinformation. For example, an online organization called “Leadstories.com” ran a story on December 1, 2020, which purported to correct misinformation about a Dominion Voting Systems training video featuring Eric Coomer showing election officials in Chicago how they could “adjudicate” ballots that are ambiguously or incorrectly marked. Leadstories is correctly pointing out that the Dominion system allows election officials to conduct “adjudication” on-screen and that this is not vote switching.

As I previously stated, changes or “adjudication” of individual ballots (on-screen or by hand) would take place before a ballot is processed and tabulated. Any subsequent “switching” of blocks of votes, as observed in the three Arizona counties, is not explained by adjudication, and therefore leaves unresolved the issue of what caused these switches – legitimate errors or fraud. If they were conducted for legitimate reasons the election officials would have to have documented these reasons very carefully and they would be eager to present these documents for public viewing to clear up any misunderstandings and to restore the public’s faith in the election process.

In Antrim County, Michigan the courts ordered a forensic audit of the Dominion Voting Machines. It was carried out by Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG). A report was prepared by Russel Ramsland. It concluded that “This forensic audit found blatant evidence of a coordinated attack on the 2020 Presidential election. The Federal Election Commission allows an error rate of .0008 percent for all voting machines used in US elections. The Dominion machines in Antrim county had an error rate of 68.05 percent! Even more shocking: The ballot-adjudication logs and the security logs for the November 3 general election were removed. All log files for previous elections were still contained on the machines, but someone on the inside was able to erase the all-important log files for the 2020 election.”[2]

The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability and their absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist from previous years’ elections. The high error rate leads to the conclusion that “bulk” switches (not of individual ballots but of blocks of ballots at the same time) occurred. In other words, this was a premeditated and coordinated fraud and attack on the US election system. These bulk switches after the ballots have already been adjudicated and tabulated would have no justified purpose other than to change the election outcome.

Similar findings were observed in Ware county, Georgia.

Is the vote switching observed in Arizona, Michigan, and Georgia misinformation or clear evidence of voter fraud that needs to be investigated thoroughly? I am fact-checking the fact-checkers who are deeming these charges misinformation, and I find their charges to be – not true. Block switches of votes AFTER they have already been adjudicated and tabulated should not happen. In some, as yet unexplained case, when it might theoretically happen, these switches would have to be carefully documented and the documentation and ballot adjudication logs would be carefully maintained and would not be suspiciously be missing. Moreover, the election officials would be willingly producing this evidence to audit officials to restore the public faith in the elections system. This is not what we are seeing in Michigan. There the officials are doing everything they can to retard, prevent, obscure, and litigate the process of finding out what happened. Moreover, the log files are missing. Reasonable people will know what this means.
