Russia removes age limit for joining the military by legislation.

According to Andrey Kartapolov, a member of the Russian parliamentary Duma, “the passing of the bill will attract army-loving people to join the army”. So far, only citizens between the ages of 18 and 40 have been allowed to sign their first enlistment contract with the army. For foreign countries, however, this age limit for joining the army is 18 to 30 years.
