The outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war marked the complete collapse of the international order centered on the United Nations. It made the world recognize the urgent ambition of Russia and its backer, the CCP, to conquer the world.
More than 70 years ago, the mechanism of the United Nations and the five permanent members established to maintain the stability of the post-World War II world situation has come to an era that requires reforms and major changes. In addition, the formation of a NATO-like military alliance in Asia is particularly important.
Urgent reform is needed for China and Russia to threaten the global UN mechanism
The idea of an organizational body for the United Nations had been secretly talked about by then US President Roosevelt to former Soviet supreme leader Stalin during the Tehran Conference in 1943.
In the spring of 1945, after the Allied victory in Europe, the battlefield in East Asia was still smoldering. Before the United States decided to drop the atomic bomb on Japan, it had been hoping that the former Soviet Union would join the war against Japan.
The United Nations was formed as an anti-fascist alliance in the latter stages of World War II, with the highest level of permanent membership given the right to deal quickly with unexpected events that posed a threat to world peace. At the insistence of President Roosevelt, who recognised the importance of the Republic of China in Asia, the United States, Britain, the former Soviet Union, the Republic of China and France were formalised as the five permanent members of the UN.
The United States’ commitment to the Republic of China was broken by Kissinger’s secret visit to Beijing in July 1971. On 25 October of that year, the Republic of China was replaced as a permanent member by the Chinese Communist Party. The mechanism of checks and balances among the five permanent members was intended to balance the post-World War II world situation and discourage the continuation of war. Come 2022, it has unfortunately become a weapon to fuel war between China and Russia.
In recent years, the Chinese Communist Party has challenged the international rules step by step, until the two of them joined forces to start a war between Russia and Ukraine. The harsh reality forced the US to admit that it was its own choice that led to the declaration of the Chinese Communist Party’s pseudo-regime in 1949.
It was Kissinger’s “covert” visit to Beijing in 1971 that led to the Communist Party’s usurpation of the Republic of China’s seat as a permanent member of the United Nations. It was the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States that allowed China to share in the dividends of globalization such as joining the WTO and hosting the 2008 Olympic Games. It was the United States’ indifference to the 8964 Tiananmen Square incident that led to the Chinese Communist Party’s tearing up of the Sino-British Joint Declaration and its unbridled repression of peaceful protesters in Hong Kong. It was the greed of Wall Street in the US that fuelled the growing ambitions of the CCP ……
The power of the Communist Party stems from the US policy of choice and appeasement, the result of the world’s acquiescence to the Chinese Communist regime. It sits at the heart of the UN with Russia, but poses the greatest threat to world security. It is time to reform the failed UN and to create a NATO-like economic and military alliance in Asia.
The Russia-Ukraine war has changed the world
Mr. Guo Wengui said in a major live broadcast on May 24 that President Biden had made a decision on his trip to Japan and South Korea that no previous US president had ever made. The fact that the U.S. is no longer strategically ambiguous on the Taiwan issue in its military strategy not only will resolve North Korea once and for all, but also to explicitly support Japan’s membership in the permanent membership of the United Nations.
Mr. Guo said, “Biden was asked this time whether he would send troops to protect Taiwan, Biden replied ‘yes’, there is no more ambiguity, and then added that this is our commitment …… This means that with the United States war authorization, Biden has taken the chain of command of the war to . If North Korea hits South Korea and the Communist Party hits Taiwan, it will be standard …… This is the biggest blow to the Communist Party …… The possibility of an immediate Communist attack on Taiwan will be greatly reduced and basically Taiwan will be surrounded and not fought… …”
Mr. Guo Wengui has in-depth disclosure and interpretation of Japan’s accession to the Standing Committee…In a live broadcast on April 18, 2021, Mr. Guo exposed the details of the two diplomatic events of the new Biden administration that had just ended, based on accurate intelligence…Looking back at the highlights of that day, we clearly feel that the world’s landscape has been fractured since then in the direction of the certain demise of the Communist Party… …
On April 15, 2021, John Kerry, the climate envoy representing the Biden administration, came to Shanghai to hold secret talks with Yang Jiechi, who represented Xi Jinping, at the Dongjiao Hotel. Mr. Guo said that Kerry first made clear to Yang Jiechi the red line of the United States, that is, not to break the personal relationship between Bai and Xi, and not to hurt each other. In addition, Kerry also announced a series of policies that the United States will implement:
Virus issue: The future release of the “CCP Virus White Paper” by the United States is the will of the public. The CCP must prepare for this;
Taiwan issue: The United States warns the CCP not to touch Taiwan, otherwise the United States will use a proxy war against the CCP;
U.S. policy toward Japan: On the issues of the South China Sea and the Diaoyu Islands, the U.S. will loosen its grip on Japan, and the CCP must be mentally prepared;
Sino-Russian relations: The US reminds the CCP not to unite with Russia to resist the United States, it is better to unite with the United States to resist Russia…
According to Mr. Guo Wengui’s interpretation, the dismantling of the Self-Defense Forces and nuclear weapons will enable Japan to effectively supervise the Asia-Pacific to deter China, Russia and North Korea. The United States has set up a theater missile defense system TMD (Theater Missile Defense) and a national missile defense system NMD (National Missile Defense) in Japan, which can cover the entire territory of China, Russia and North Korea, even Myanmar and Cambodia controlled by the CCP, as well as the South China Sea and the East China Sea.
Such wide areas are all within the “unresponsive” strike range of medium and long-range missile systems. Especially for the CCP’s military operations against Taiwan and the Diaoyu Islands. As long as it takes one step further, Japan will be held accountable. Mr. Guo disclosed that Japan should shoulder its military responsibility in the Asia-Pacific region, which is the core of the US-Japan talks. Japan’s expectation of becoming a permanent member will be within the achievable range, and the United States and Japan have basically formed a tacit understanding on this.
