Last October, the journal Nature published a study that looked at pathophysiological changes and detailed immunological changes in volunteers after vaccination. The results showed that vaccination caused deterioration in various health indicators, including those related to diabetes, renal dysfunction, cholesterol metabolism, coagulation problems, and electrolyte imbalance, all of which were associated with severe illness of Covid-19 infection. Yesterday we shared the pathophysiological part of this study, and today we will present the immunological changes.

The study revealed dramatic changes in gene expression in almost all immune cells after vaccination. For example, the “inflammatory response” gene was highly expressed in monocytes and increased further after vaccination. In contrast, genes associated with “glycolysis”, “bile acid metabolism”, and “type I interferon (IFN-α/β) response” (which has been studied to be beneficial in the recovery of the COVID infections) were downregulated, consistent with clinical data and the pathophysiology of the COVID infections. In addition, the negative MVS gene was highly expressed in lymphocytes (T, B and NK cells), but its expression decreased after vaccination.

In summary, these data suggest that people’s immune systems, including those of lymphocytes and monocytes, maybe in a weakened state at least through day 28 after vaccination.
