According to a report from Nikkei Asia on October 5th, 2021, the Australian cybersecurity company Internet 2.0 released a report this week, revealing that Hubei Province, the epicenter of the COVID pandemic, spent about US$10.5 million dollars procuring PCR test kits starting in May 2019, way before the pandemic outbreak.

These unusual ordering activities, nearly doubling the total amount in 2018, were found from the government-controlled “Center for Disease Control and the People’s Liberation Army-affiliated universities and animal testing bureaus in the province.

Did Communist China predict the outbreak that would require massive PCR testing? Or did it know to hoard the test kits, just like how it hoarded masks and personal protection equipment (PPE), to create a global supply shortage.
