The purpose of this series is to explain the connections between the Chinese Communist Party’s virology research programs since 2005 and the research institutions involved, including those in Hong Kong. All information is sourced from the Internet. The analysis and conclusions presented here reflect author’s own views only.
Below is an excerpt from the original report Disclosure Report on CCP’s Virus Research Programs and Projects, edited to fit for online publishing.

In this series, we examine the blueprint of the CCP’s virus research program by focusing on the research program titled Research on Cross-Species Infection and Transmission Mechanism of Major Outbreak of Human-Animal Infections with Animal Origin (hereinafter referred to as the 2016 Virus Program).
With all the information presented in the previous articles, we now conclude this series with a summary, and present the supporting materials.
Conclusion
The CCP has been conducting systematic, organized, and opportunistic virus research for quite a long time. Behind the creation of Covid-19 is the CCP’s virus research program on zoonotic diseases. One example of such research program is the 2016 Virus Program. This program is an extension of director of China CDC, Mr. GAO Fu’s 2005-2015 research project named “Research Project on Mechanisms of Interspecies Infection and Transmission of Viruses of Animal Origin” and “Research Project on Molecular Mechanisms of Pathogenesis of Interspecies Infection and Transmission of Important Viruses”. Wuhan Institute of Virology and PLA’s military medical research institutions are directly involved in these projects. The personnel and funding involved are complex and large, including several military-grade research projects, US NIH, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among other investment agencies. The evidence provided in this report strongly suggests that the CCP’s military is highly likely to have been conducting military-grade biological weapons research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Secondly, in addition to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, it is possible that the CCP authorities have also conducted virus research in other research institutions at the same time. According to the investigation on HKU’s Malik Peiris and GUAN Yi, the CCP very likely has conducted the virus research in Hong Kong and Guangdong, through Shantou University, the newly established Joint Virology Institute of Shantou University and HKU, and the cooperation of Malik Peiris and ZHAO Jincun of Guanzhou Medical University.
COVID-19 may have revealed just a tip of an iceberg of the CCP authorities’ virus research program. According to our investigation, the CCP has various programs under various names, such as the Program 973, the “Infectious Disease Prevention and Control” of National Science and Technology Major Program, to conduct vast, complex and covert national-level virology research programs in a massive and concerted manner, in the course of weaponizing various viruses including Zika, bird flu, Ebola, Dengue, West Nile, and Chikungunya virus. They have conducted large-scale and long-term research on virus analysis and identification, virus transmission and evolution, virus-host interactions, and effective antiviral drugs development studies. Based on the information from our current investigation, the CCP has done the most detailed research on Zika virus and bird flu virus, and those researches have yielded the most results for the CCP authorities. This indicates that the CCP may have altered and weaponized these two viruses, which poses a great risk to the life, health and safety of all mankind.
The CCP has a 20+ year plan to dominate the world. It is being carried out in the name of “One World, One Health” using national-level planning. By following the “Military-Civil Fusion” strategy, CCP scatters its bio-weapon research efforts all across the country to support its CCP virus creation, which is funded by national and local and overseas enterprises and institutions.
If we don’t immediately hold the CCP authorities accountable for their role in the Covid-19 pandemic, it is very likely that more types of man-made deadly virus will imperil mankind again, endlessly wreaking havoc and eroding the entire human civilization.
