Yangxin, a county within the prefecture-level city of Huangshi in southeastern Hubei province, China. According the official announcement of Yangxin County on Jan. 29, that all the Internet Services in the county were shut down that day, in the name of Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Pneumonia.
Order on Cutting off the Internet Access Service at County’s Internet Service Premises

In order to thoroughly implement the important deployments for epidemic prevention and control work of the County Department of Culture & Tourism and the Provincial and Municipal Epidemic Control and Prevention Command, further strengthen links of the county’s cultural markets to prevent the spread of epidemic, under the Yang Fang Kong Zhi[2020] Circular 7 that “All the county’s tourist attractions are suspended, all public places are closed, including but not limited to: Cinemas, Internet cafes, KTVs, entertainment places, sports venues, bookstores, beauty salons, training institutions, etc.”
Hereby order to cut off all the Internet Access Services at county’s Internet Service Premises, it takes effect from today, and Internet service is unavailable until further notice.
