January 27 | Over 200 civilians are being stopped and surrounded by the police outside Langham Place in Hong Kong. Every civilian including first aiders and press has to be inspected before they are released.
The press was forbidden to do live streaming or else they will be charged for obstructing police in the execution of their lawful duties.
The police continuously flash torches towards the press in an attempt to stop them from filming.
Later, a reporter from HKCM was arrested and taken to a police car.
But there is a nerve-racking scene at the cinema as Riot Police Charge Forward. That the cinema at Langham Place hurriedly closed its shutters as riot police arrived.
Someone was seen attempting to speed it up by stepping down on it.
