While Professor Peter Daszak completed the WHO Coronavirus Investigation in Wuhan Institute of Virology with its collaborator concluding that the SARS-CoV-2 came from nature, Lude Media’s live podcast started a discussion last night, on a Chinese military university textbook, the Unnatural Origin of SARS-CoV and the Man-made Human Novel Virus as a Genetic Bioweapon published by the Chinese Military Medical Science Press (CMMSP) in 2015.
The CMMSP is owned by the Chinese government and managed by the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). The 261-page book devotes 3 out of 7 chapters to SARS and SARS-CoV. Among its editors or editing committee members,10 out of 18 are from the Fourth Military Medical University of the PLA, the hub of Chinese bioweapon grogram. The book was available in the bookstores in China, until perhaps after LuDe blew the whistle on it. What is revealing in this book is that the authors did not make much effort in hiding the fact that the origins of SARS-CoV were not from nature.
Fortunately, the electronic version of this textbook is available on the Internet. In this series, we will deliver the truth and evidence in pieces, and will briefly introduce the main contents of this book, with some focus on the translation of certain paragraphs relevant to SARS-CoV-2.
Here is the Chinese excerpt of the “Foreword” (page 7 of 261) by the chief editor:
Below is the translation of an excerpt of its “Foreword” :
“According to the academic report in Exhibit 2, Letters from The Chair of a World Organization, it cited 95 references (90 of them were from the English world) to articulate and prove that SARS-CoV was not from nature. The Distributional Anomalies for H7N9 Cases and The Possibilities of Their Origins in Exhibit 6, published in August 2003, systematically described evidence of the anomalies of humans who were infected with H7N9 during the period. The article shows that the possibility that the virus was not from nature could be considered.
“Moreover, Exhibit 1 to Exhibit 4 cited multiple international sources that comment on the ‘Unnatural Origin of SARS-CoV’ argument in a transparent or even semi-transparent manner as if a Pipa player covered half of her face with the musical instrument. Apparently, these sources are vital to the thesis of this book, but it would not be appropriate if we place it in the central fold.
“Additionally, Exhibit 5, a paper R. sinicus should be reservoir of SL-CoV but not SARS-CoV: critical comments on Ge et al.’s paper in Nature published in [sic] ‘Negative.’ This paper refuted an article about the misrepresented academic perspective of ‘The Rhinolophus sinicus (or the Chinese rufous horseshoe bat) being the reservoir of SARS-CoV’ that was published by a well-known magazine. This not only proved that famous magazines would publish articles that mislead readers but also reflected that there are still people trying to resist the ‘real origin of SARS-CoV’ theory to search on their own! Therefore, it goes without saying that publishing this book is extremely urgent and important.”
With more and more people questioning on the origin of the SARS-CoV-2, we hope this series will shed light on why and how it came from the Chinese region, with evidence directly from its military textbook.
