• Four U.S. departments imposed several sanctions against Communist China today.

o The Defence Department added nine more firms on Thursday to its list of companies with ties with the Chinese military, including Xiaomi, The Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd, and Grand China Air. Mr. Lu De points out that HNA Group and George Soros are the shareholders of Grand China Air.

o Department of Commerce added China National Offshore Oil Corporation to the Entity List and Skyrizon to the Military End-User List.

o Department of Homeland Security released strategic action plan to confront threats from Communist China.

o Department of State is imposing visa restrictions on Communist China’s executives of state-owned enterprises and officials of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy, responsible for, or complicit in, either the large-scale reclamation, construction, or militarization of disputed outposts in the South China Sea and their immediate family members. (Immediate family members may be subject to these visa restrictions as well.)

o Mr. Lu De reveals that Xi Jinping has already known the U.S. would take on these actions, and that’s why he made the state media release his response letter to Starbucks’ Chairman Emeritus Howard Schultz ahead of this.

o This crackdown against the CCP is just the beginning, and more sanctions will be announced in the next few days.

o Mr. Lu De believes that Kamala Harris’ trip to Beijing on the 28th may now have to be cancelled.

• Reuters: Billionaire Guo Wengui (Miles) wins discovery on cyberattack in Clark Hill malpractice fight.

o The judge granted Mr. Guo’s requested discovery for information related to the attack and other clients of Clark Hill.

o It was the CCP that launched this massive cyberattack and threatened Clark Hill to stop assisting Mr. Guo’s asylum application, or they would expose all client information.

o If Clark Hill can accuse the CCP for the cyberattack, Mr. Guo will not require them to release all the hacked clients’ information.

o Meanwhile, in Communist China, the CCP announced that Mr. Guo’s Yuda International Trade Center would be put up for auction based on their law.
