• Global index publisher FTSE Russell said on Tuesday it will remove Hikvision Digital Technology Co and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) from its FTSE China A50 index on Jan. 7, citing U.S. sanctions against the Communist Chinese companies.

o This action will significantly impact the revenues of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

o Rival index publishers S&P Dow Jones Indices and MSCI have already made similar moves.

• President Donald Trump has urged Congress to increase the amount of direct relief payments to Americans to $2,000 by cutting out the unrelated legislation in the coronavirus rescue package and government spending bill. Will he approve this bill today?

o Mr. Lu De and the guests all believe that the President will not sign this bill.

o The Democrats and establishment Republicans in Congress are only interested in playing politics and bring down President Trump with no regard for the future of America and its people.

o Mr. Lu De says if President Trump signs the bill, he would undoubtedly be handing over the money to his enemies to use against him.

• President Trump tweeted: “Our $740 defense bill is a gift to China, Russia & Big Tech. It fails to terminate the internationally dangerous Section 230, won’t allow us to bring our troops back home (where they belong), renames & destroys our forts & National Monuments, & makes 5G almost impossible!”

o Mr. Steve Bannon told Mr. Lu De that President Trump won’t approve both the COVID relief package and the defense bill unless Section 230 is terminated.

o President Trump regards Section 230 termination as a major weapon to destroy the Chinese Communist Party(CCP).

o The CCP master conspirator, Wang Qishan, is behind all these plots. To foil his intrigues, President Trump must have suffered some damages.
