Taiwanese romantic film star Sibelle Hu is well-known to the Chinese as she was hugely popular when she was young. The story of her courageous pursuit of love and her controversial marriage to her childhood sweetheart, a triad member, in spite of social pressure, and their eventual fall-out is quite remarkable. After that, she married into a wealthy family and rarely showed her face in the public. Only when her husband Patrick Ho was arrested in the U.S. in 2017, the news went viral that brought her into the public eye once again.
To most Chinese, the sudden arrest of Patrick Ho in 2017 may seem to be no more than a family affair of a past-celebrity, but the recent exposure of Hunter Biden’s hard-drive has brought Patrick Ho’s incident to international spotlight for his involvement in a series of crimes related to Biden family, and behind these crimes lies a shocking secret.
On October 27, 2020, The National Pulse website published a shocking audio from Hunter Biden in which he referred to Ho as a “spy chief of China”:
“I get calls from my father to tell me that The New York Times is calling but my old partner Eric, who literally has done me harm for I don’t know how long, is the one taking the calls because my father will not stop sending the calls to Eric. I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the fucking spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing. The richest man in the world is missing who was my partner. He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment inside a $4 billion deal to build the fucking largest fucking LNG port in the world. And I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York from the U. S. Attorney himself. My best friend in business Devon has named me as a witness without telling me in a criminal case and my father without telling me,” Hunter said.
Hunter’s father Joe Biden, partners Eric Sherwrin and Devon Archer, Ye Jianming and Patrick Ho, as well as The New York Times and the Southern District Court of New York etc were all implicated in this highly informative and explosive audio of Hunter. The timing of this audio would have occurred shortly after Ho’s arrest on November 18, 2017, and this article will not read too much into the content of the audio, but rather focus mainly on the special connection between Ho and the Biden family.
Patrick Ho Chi-ping was born in Hong Kong in 1949. He was a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a Preparatory Committee of Hong Kong SAR, and the former Secretary for Home Affairs in Hong Kong. After leaving the government in 2007, he joined CEFC CHINA ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED (CEFC), a private Chinese conglomerate under Ye Jianming. He became vice-chairman and secretary-general of China Energy Fund Committee. Since its inception, the CEFC was deeply tied to the military and intelligence agencies of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Using private company structure as a cover-up, CEFC has been carrying out a range of “BGY” activities and espionage operations overseas for the CCP. Hunter’s reference to Patrick Ho as the CCP “spy chief” can further prove this position.
On November 18, 2017, Ho was arrested at New York’s JFK International Airport and was subsequently convicted of seven counts of bribery and money laundering by the Southern District Court of New York and sentenced to three years in prison, as well as a fine of $400,000. Interestingly enough, during that same period, another defendant from Macau, Ng Lap-Seng, who faced similar bribery, money laundering charges, went under the trial by the same prosecutor and heard by the same court, was given much more severe punishment.
Ng Lap-Seng was born in mainland China in 1948. He is a Macau real estate tycoon, a former member of the National Committee of the CPP representing Macau, and also a former executive director of Macau Radio and Television Corporation, etc. In July 2017, Ng was convicted in the Southern District of New York on six counts of bribery, conspiracy and money laundering after being charged with bribing former UN General Assembly President John Ashe, and Francis Lorenzo, the former deputy ambassador to the United Nations from the Dominican Republic.
The prosecution claimed Ng spent a total of $1.3 million on bribes to UN officials over several years. The court sentenced him to four years in prison in addition to a $1 million fine, forfeiture of an estimated $1.5 million of assets used to commit the crime, and also ordered him to pay for the UN’s legal fees. In comparison, the degree of Ho’s offence was far graver than Ng. Ho spent a total of $2.5 million in bribes ($2 million in cash bribes to the president of Chad, and $500,000 to Sam Kutesa, the president of the UN General Assembly from Uganda). Yet, Ho was only sentenced to three years in prison and a $400,000 fine.
The prosecutor in both cases was Geoffrey S. Berman. Berman requested a five-year sentence for Ho. Nonetheless, the Southern District of New York judge somehow handed down an unusually light-sentence in Ho’s case. And what’s even more unusual here is that while Ng is still serving his sentence in the US prison, Ho got released early before his three-year prison term was completed and deported to Hong Kong in June 2020. One might ask why in America today, the scales of justice have repeatedly tipped in favor of Patrick Ho, the CCP “spy chief”?
In December 2018, The New York Times reported that James Biden (also referred as Jim), a financier and brother of the former vice president Joe Biden, was in a hotel lobby in November 2017 when he got a surprise call on his cellphone. The call was from Patrick Ho, Mr. Ye’s right-hand man. At that time, Mr. Ho, was in trouble as he was arrested for alleged bribery and money laundering. In a brief interview with The New York Times, Jim said he had been surprised by Mr. Ho’s call. He said he believed it had been meant for Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son. So, he had passed on his nephew’s contact information.
Further, Jim commented, “There is nothing else I have to say, I don’t want to be dragged into this anymore.” But the fact of the matter is, Jim should not be surprised at all by Ho’s call, because according to an email released by Mr. Tony Bobulinski, Jim owns 10% of a company called SINOHAWK. This company was formed solely for the purposes of doing business with CEFC. Mr. Bobulinski was the former CEO of this company when Joe Biden was the US’s vice president. The other company, Hudson West, jointly owned by Hunter and Ye Jianming, also had given Jim and his wife, Sara, separate credit cards, and they had incurred $100,000 in spending. As such, Jim would not be more familiar with Patrick Ho, the key representative of CEFC in the US.
The frustration expressed by Hunter over his phone, and James’ untrue response to The New York Times, suggest that both Hunter and Jim were surprised and terrified by Ho’s sudden arrest, and no doubt Joe Biden would have been notified of this bad news in the first instance. It was reported that Federal agents had actually started monitoring Ho sometimes around 2014 to 2015. But insofar, judging from all the media reports published on this matter, Ho’s bribery and money laundering crimes did not implicate the Biden family in any way or form, and Ho only received a fairly light sentence and eventually was released early from the US prison. In light of these facts, it is not difficult to see that some dark powerful hands are pulling strings behind the FBI, prosecutors, the Southern District Court of New York, and the prison department where Ho was detained.
Moreover, shortly after Ho’s arrest on November 18, 2017, Ye Jianming also mysteriously vanished. According to the intel shared by Lude Media, the 43 years old, Ye has already died from several rounds of “heart-attacks” and silenced by the CCP. And it did not stop there, on February 12, 2018, Andrew Lo Cheung-on, the deputy secretary-general of CEFC, who was also involved in the CEFC’s bribery case with Patrick Ho, was taken to Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong for “flu”. However, he died unexpectedly two days later.
Following the death of these two key witnesses and Patrick Ho’s imprisonment, the Biden family, with the full cooperation of the CCP, had cleared all the potential landmine in its way. On April 25, 2019, Joe Biden announced his high-profile candidacy for the 2020 U.S. presidential election. By April 2020, Joe Biden defeated Bernie Sanders to become the Democratic presidential nominee. On June 8, 2020, Patrick Ho was released early before completing his three-year prison term, and two days later Ho was already deported to Hong Kong, back to the jurisdiction of the CCP. Finally, Joe Biden has removed all his pending threats. And today, Joe Biden proudly declared that he had “won” the U.S. presidential election despite the huge controversy over massive ballot frauds, and celebrated his victory in front of a large media platform, embracing his beloved son, Hunter, who by the way has not been seen since the hard drive scandal first emerged.
All these past events indicated that the sudden arrest of Patrick Ho had once disrupted Xi Jinping and Joe Biden’s grand collaboration scheme. However, through a series of assassinations and backroom deals, the CCP has once again cleared the path for Joe Biden, and only become even more determined to crown him as the 46th president of the U.S. We all know that the CCP “spy chief” Patrick Ho is still alive today only because he was fortunate enough to fall into the custody of the U.S. judiciary for bribing U.N. officials and has been kept safe in the U.S. prison. However, from the moment he was dispatched to Hong Kong, he could well perish for good along with all his top secrets. This is a sad reality, yet an inevitable destiny of those serving the interest of the CCP.
