In the early afternoon of Wednesday, November 25, 2020, the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee held a hearing on “election issues and irregularities” in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, which is known for the Battle of Gettysburg and President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address in American history.
This was one day after the state of Pennsylvania certified its election results with Joe Biden winning over President Trump in this state. CBS News live broadcasted this hearing. At the same time, other TV networks were silent about this important hearing and broadcasting the media-elected “President-Elect” Biden’s “Thanksgiving Address to the Nation”.
President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, attorney Jenna Ellis, and other members of the Trump team attended the hearing. President Trump was previously expected to join Giuliani at the hearing but the trip got canceled. He instead called in to the hearing and delivered a 10-minute presentation after a panel of witnesses gave their testimony. After he summarized the election fraud in Pennsylvania and other key states, he described the absurd act of fraud as “they went absolutely wild because we got far more votes than they thought possible. And they’ve just stepped on the gas.” President Trump also expressed his gratitude to all the brave people being there: “This is a very important moment in the history of our country, and you’re doing a tremendous service to our country.” He specifically thanked Mayor Rudy Giuliani for he is saving the country.
After the State Senators and Representatives introduced themselves and clarified the purpose of this hearing, Mayor Giuliani gave his opening statement, followed by the testimonies of witnesses including a statistical expert, poll watchers, regular PA residents and voters and President Trump.
1. The purpose of the hearing outlined by PA Senators and Representatives
At the beginning the hearing, Senator Doug Mastriano and other members of the hearing committee made it clear that the purpose of this hearing was to learn more about the conduct of the 2020 Election in PA. The committee members emphasized that they had received enormous allegations and complaints of irregularities, law violations and frauds in the commonwealth of the PA State. It’s their duly responsibility to pursue the transparency, accountability and truths of this election. Therefore, the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee held this hearing.
And then the host introduced the PA Senators and Representatives attending this hearing and also briefly introduced Mayor Giuliani and President Trump’s legal team presenting in the hearing.
2. Mayor Giuliani’s remarks on the significance of this hearing
He said since the media and legislatures elsewhere uniformly denies the opportunity for the President Trump’s team to present the evidence of the election irregularities, this hearing is of great significance for them to present facts they have collected. Given to the sacred symbolic meaning of Gettysburg, where the hearing takes place, it is important to be aware that if the election is allowed to be conducted in this way, the United States of America will lose its democracy in this future.
(1) Media censorship
Mayor Giuliani stressed the overwhelming censorship imposed by Big Tech, big network and big company on freedom of speech, which only allows one side of voice can be heard and suppresses the other side.
(2) The coordinated voter fraud of the mail-in ballots in six states
Mayor Giuliani elaborated the voter frauds in different dimensions and ways, however, what’s more dangerous was that the voter frauds share high similarities in the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona and Georgia. The primary device of voter fraud is mail-in ballots. The mail-in ballots were not inspected and were hidden from Republicans. As long as the envelops were separated from the ballots, it’s not possible to be verified. On the election night, President Trump led Biden by a large margin with the majority of voters casted in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin and Georgia, however, all switched overnight by enormous unverifiable mail-in ballots.
(3) Puzzling statics in PA
As illustrated in the PA government website, 1,823,148 absentee or mail-in ballots were sent out, reasonably received approximately 1.4 million. However, 2.5 million ballots were counted. There is a difference of 700,000 ballots between the number of ballots that were sent out and the number of ballots that ended up being counted. PA government deleted this information on November 24th from the its website without explanation.
There were 22 thousand mail-in ballots that were returned on the day they were mailed – that’s a trick; 32 thousand were returned the day after they were mailed; another 22 thousand were returned before they were mailed!
There were 8021 mail-in ballots received from dead people and 30 thousand were voted in person by dead people.
There were 4,984 mail-in ballots that were never requested, and on and on and on.
(4) Reminding Americans who should run the election
He reminded American people that the election for the president of the United States is not run by the government of Pennsylvania or its election commissioner. He emphasized that the United States Constitution, Article 2 Section 1 had made it clear who’s responsible, but definitely not the media.
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.” – United States Constitution, Article 2 Section 1
(5) There should be consequence for committing fraud
Mayor Giuliani stressed that if all the above conducts could get away without any consequences, the next time they would do things even worse. He said, “I know crooks really well. You give them an inch, they take a mile; and you give them a mile and they will take your country.”
