General Flynn’s Personal Statement to America; Statement of Grant of Clemency Released By White House

Reported by Rica Machioni

General Michael T. Flynn had posted his personal statement to America through his Twitter account @GenFlynn this afternoon. “Together, we have overcome this enormous hurdle. Now we will get back up on our feet, dust ourselves off, and not fear what lies ahead.” alleged in his statement.

Statement of Grant of Clemency Released By White House Press Secretary Regarding General Flynn

Earlier today, General Flynn had tweeted the statement released by the White House regarding his pardon, highlighting that the “pardon of innocence” is historic.

“The President has pardoned General Flynn because he should never have been prosecuted. An independent review of General Flynn’s case by the Department of Justice—conducted by respected career professionals—supports this conclusion. In fact, the Department of Justice has firmly concluded that the charges against General Flynn should be dropped. This Full Pardon achieves that objective, finally bringing to an end the relentless, partisan pursuit of an innocent man.” Quoted from the White House statement.

In May 2020, the Department of Justice filed a motion concluding that the statements on General Flynn lying to the FBI about his contacts with the Russian diplomat was “materially” false. The DOJ then questioned the rectitude that the FBI had when interviewing with General Flynn.

“The Government is not persuaded that the January 24, 2017 interview was conducted with a legitimate investigative basis and therefore does not believe Mr.Flynn’s statements were material even if untrue. Moreover, we not believe that the Government can prove either the relevant false statements or their materiality beyond a reasonable doubt.” stated in the motion.

However, despite the dismissal of the case, Emmet Sullivan, the Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, refused to grant the DOJ motion to drop Flynn’s charges. Sidney Powell then filed a motion after his refusal arguing that Judge Sullivan obtained a bias on Trump Administration officials and was exercising litigation against Flynn, rather than serving as a Judge.

K.T. McFarland, former Deputy National Security Advisor who served under General Flynn for the first four months of the Trump Administration, and was later asked to step down by H.R. McMaster expressed her excitement on the President’s pardon and discussed the scenes behind

“… I would like to look at it in a bigger picture because the effort to go after General Flynn wasn’t about General Flynn; they came after me too. It was never about me? It was always about getting Donald Trump, and they made the whole thing up. Senior officials and the Obama Administration, the West Wing, the Justice Department, the FBI, and the Intelligence Community, knew Michael Flynn didn’t commit any crime in talking to the Russian ambassador, but they persuaded him anyway. They made up the whole Russia hoax, so they dragged not only Flynn, but myself included…” said K.T. McFarland during her interview. She also articulated that it was crucial to consider the years that those corrupted officials had sold out that resulted in the division of the nation.

On the morning episode of Nov. 26 (EST) of Lude Media, they specifically talked about the potential impacts of President Trump’s pardon. Dr. Mo articulated that one of the reasons that those “upper echelon” set General Flynn up was because he obtained massive intelligence proving their corruption. He also mentioned that as Trump granted a full pardon to him, he would be able to utilize his network and information to assist the Trump Administration to reveal the corruption of the deep state and their deals with the foreign countries.

This afternoon, General Flynn issued his statement saying that “time does not always heal all wounds, but discovering the truth has a funny way of shaping the scars.” As he joins the fight to defend the nation’s democracy, American should expect another Kraken will be released.
