Let’s go straight to the point, which is the RICO Act.
On September 16, Mr. Miles Guo wrote a few Getters to show his happy mood. In his Getters, he mentioned an allegation of hacking activities related to the CCP announced by the US Department of Justice. This is not the first time that the DOJ has announced such cases, but why Mr. Guo cared so much about this allegation? Before we go into details, let’s talk about the RICO Act.
“RICO” stands for the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act passed by the US Congress in 1970. The legislative purpose of the RICO Act is to combat mafia-like organized crimes, which are normally well-organized, long-term violent and coercive. Before the RICO Act, the mafia crimes had been a headache for the US law enforcement officers to deal with, especially when it came to the crime bosses, who were normally absent at the crime scene, which made it difficult to collect evidence used to sue those bosses. However, the game changed after the implementation of the RICO Act, many gang leaders have been imprisoned until death.
Back to the case Mr. Guo referred to in his Getters, he said this case implied a crucial battle in taking down the CCP. The Deputy Minister of Justice Mr. Jeffrey Rosen also echoed what Mr. Guo said in his speech. Mr. Rosen said: “Unfortunately, the CCP has chosen a completely different way, it made China become a hotbed of illegal hackers who hack computers around the world and steal confidential information to promote their own development.’’ Mr. Rosen also mentioned that a Chinese defendant charged in this case boasted to his colleagues that he had very close contact with the Ministry of National Security and he was absolutely protected by them. We can tell that this is not a simple hacking case. Those defendants have a connection with the CCP’s Ministry of Security which makes the case an obvious CCP-backed one. It can be defined as “organized crime” where the RICO Act can absolutely apply. I believe that is why Mr. Guo was thrilled because it is one step closer to defining the CCP as a gang and a criminal group.
Over the last three years, Mr. Guo’s computers, mobile phones, live broadcasts, platform accounts, GTV ，etc. have been constantly hacked by the CCP. The cancellation of the 2017 Hudson speech also resulted from the CCP’s threatens through hackers. Obtaining evidence of a hacking crime is very crucial but difficult. In order to collect the criminal evidence of the CCP, Mr. Guo has been working closely with the US to work as a bait to attract attacks from the CCP hackers, which creates a great opportunity for the DOJ and other US law enforcement agencies to obtain evidence for a future charge against the CCP.
Just a few days ago, our Chinese hero Dr. Li-Meng Yan and Lude went to meet President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Mr. Giuliani. This meeting was also related to RICO Act per the LuDe Talk. As we all know, Mr. Giuliani is famous for taking down mafia in the New York City back in the late last century, and he is the expert in using the RICO Act to put criminals behind bars. When we think of this, then link the meeting with Mr. Giuliani, I believe something big is about to happen!
American revolutionary Thomas Paine said in his book “Common Sense” that “in the United States, the law is the king’’. Mr. Guo has mentioned that we must have a lawfare against the CCP, which means to defeat the CCP by using all kinds of rules and laws. The RICO Act is the best legal weapon to bring down the CCP, and I think the true virus origin is one of the key matters to trigger the application of the RICO Act on the CCP.
We have followed the Whistleblower Movement led by Mr. Guo for three years, and he always repeats in his live broadcast that we must use the law to take down the CCP, and the law is the best weapon. We cannot wait to see the actual implementation of the RICO Act on the CCP, which will be another heavy hammer hitting down on the CCP.
