Lu Siwei said, one of the prosecutors refused to allow him to have his cell phone into the bureau, nor would they allow them to record the conversation. Lu believes these actions have no legal basis and is some kind of discrimination. The prosecutor then refused to deal with him, at the same time, they did not provide any contact information to their superiors. The complaint load for Lu Siwei is going to be very long one.
Another client family hired lawyer was from Zhejiang province of China, he was also refused to meet the client. Additionally, another lawyer was warned by the CCP government to not take the case for twice. The government claimed if he took the case, he is not a patriot, the lawyer association of China also forbid him to be interviewed by any media. In these couple of days, he will be interviewed by the national security personnels to decide whether he is going to be allowed to visit Shen When.
So far, at least 3 lawyers in Shen Zhen, China has been threatened to stay away from the case.
