Recently, the General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) uttered “five absolute Refusals”1 at the symposium on the 75th anniversary of the so-called Communist Party’s victory in the anti-fascist war, and once again pushed its people’s enthusiasm of loving the country and the Party to a new high, and it is said that there were five rounds of loud applause echoing the five-refusal speech at the conference. However, what CCP’s five Refusals actually tells the world is that the CCP has made up its mind to forcibly represent 1.4 billion Chinese people, and pursue to the end its so-called socialist path which is completely against democracy, human rights, morality, freedom, and humanity by kidnapping the entire nation, meanwhile, the CCP will continue its unbridled attacks on any forces seeking to overthrow its dictatorial and authoritarian regime. However, do the Chinese people really agree to be represented by the CCP as much as the CCP thought they would? I believe the answer is “No, we don’t agree!”
The legitimacy of the CCP regime is questionable
CCP’s five Refusals have aroused attention and many have commented on this including foreign media. Radio France Internationale (RFI) posted an article on its Chinese website refuting the CCP’s argument of representing the Chinese people. It says that although nearly all responses reported in China are cheering for the Refusals, many clear-headed Chinese have addressed their disagreement of being represented by the CCP. The famous anti-communist website “Epochtimes” also published an article arguing that the CCP attempted to show the world its confidence through delivering five Refusals, which actually revealed the CCP’s fear of its upcoming demise.
The comments or arguments by those media helped bring to light the true gangster face of the CCP, but they failed to mention the root of the issue, which is the legitimacy of the CCP regime. As we all know, only the legitimate government can speak for its people. Over 70 years, the CCP has run its regime under a disguise of being legitimate, which empowers it to dare to claim to represent the Chinese people and carry out its ambition of ruling the whole world. However, we believe that the truth will come forth when CCP’s disguise is taken away, and that day is coming!
The CCP regime was not elected by the Chinese people and cannot represent them.
Regardless of CCP’s 70-year long domination, does the regime have the legal right to rule? According to the historical sociologist Max Weber, there are three basic sources of regime legitimacy, and in modern society, it refers to rational-legal authority, which is acquired from law and is constructed from the reliance of society’s rules and laws. It is the basis of modern democracies, and the officials are elected by voters. The CCP regime doesn’t meet the definition of a rational-legal authority simply because of lacking voting rights for people.
The birth of the CCP is considered illegal in some way. When the Party was established during the KMT-controlled time in the early last century, it was prohibited as an illegal organization by the government. During the WW2, the CCP deceived the public under the guise of fighting for democracy and freedom, and finally took over the country from KWT’s hand by collaborating with Japan. The founding of the CCP regime was based on lies and chicaneries but not laws, and it was not elected by the Chinese people.
Since the CCP found the People’s Republic of China in 1949, it has never fulfilled what it promised to the public that it would bring democracy to China. On the contrary, it started robbing people of their assets in a brutal way in the name of “communism”. The CCP distorts the historical facts in its propaganda to brainwash the public. The regime not only strictly controls public opinion but also censors information, and punishes or disappears dissidents. The CCP government is a one-party dictatorship, and the governments at all levels have never been elected by the people as there are no voting rights in China. The rise of the country and wealth growth is not associated with the well-being of the people, but only favors the communist party elites and their offsprings. Therefore, the CCP can only represent itself but not the people.
The New Federal State of China (NFSC) is the new hope of Chinese people
On June 4, 2020, the New Federal State of China (NFSC) was born with the unprecedented mission of taking down the CCP. The NFSC is established to truly embody the authentic Chinese tradition and culture, as well as the virtues of Chinese people. The NFSC promises the world that the government and the people decoupled from the CCP will be able to coexist peacefully with the rest of the world, thus contribute to the development of al mankind. Being strivers for the NFSC, we must start challenging the CCP’s legitimacy thoroughly as the top priority in our list.
Mr. Miles Guo, the leader of the Whistleblower Movement (WM) and founder of the NFSC, debunked the claims of CCP’s five Refusals in his Getter2 posted a couple of days ago. Mr. Guo challenged the CCP to let all Chinese people vote to show the true public opinion. He further pointed out that the CCP has never been authorized by the Chinese people to act on behalf of them, and the CCP has never cared about the ordinary people’s welfare. It is hard to imagine that in today’s modern world, there is still a population of 600 million in China living in poverty with a monthly income of less than $150, and 1 billion people have no access to public toilets. For the great majority of Chinese people, free schools and health insurance are still not available. But why all of a sudden the CCP leader started emphasizing the Party’s representativeness of Chinese people? Because the CCP is scared as it sees its impending death when the rest of the world is uniting to confront and defeat it. The CCP is grasping at straws by kidnapping the entire nation of 1.4 billion people while its end is approaching.
What type of government is eligible to represent the Chinese people? Undoubtedly, it must be elected by the people in line with laws and regulations, as well as public rights and interests. In addition, it must respect and reflect Chinese culture. The NFSC is the perfect candidate and ready to serve all Chinese people. We believe, under the leadership of the WM, we will eliminate the CCP from the earth and make the NFSC a great democratic nation for all Chinese people!
