Procter, a Board-Certified family physician in McKinney, Texas has treated 100% of his COVID-19 patients by using hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), azithromycin and zinc based on a video posted on his Twitter. This treatment regimen costs lower than $50 per patient and has a 100% success rate based on Dr. Procter. He called out that wearing masks and waiting for vaccine are not solutions to this crisis but early and aggressive use of HCQ is the key to bring the country back to normal.
