The third wave outbreak of Wuhan pneumonia happened in Hong Kong in a sudden. New confirmed cases have increased by 560 cases in 2 weeks and half of them cannot be traced to the source.
Bloomberg analysed that Hong Kong government is not ready for an unexpected third wave of the pandemic outbreak.
Current anti-pandemic measures are too relaxed with many loopholes. Also, the government softened the social distancing regulation too early to give an illusion to civilians and foster the growth of disease.
