On November 13th and 14th, the CUHK campus returned to its peace after two-day bloody clashes with the police. People started sorting out the goods they received in the first two days. On the evening of the 13th, a citizen with nickname ” Chi” who has one year experience in operating a restaurant, gathered and directed a group of students to provide various food, including vegetables and meat. They also made the lunch boxes and sent them all over the campus. The Chung Chi Tang Dining Hall is now back in operation. Other student volunteers are also seen helping the distribution of food in the university arena. At Present, most university departments are now closed. With the help of students and volunteers who are able to provide the meals, cleaning service, medical care, and so on, the CUHK campus currently has been self-governed.
