Gordon Chang: National security law allows CCP to do whatever it wants in Hong Kong

On July 5, Fox’s Sunday Moring Futures interviewed Gordon Chang, a Senior Fellow at the Gatestone Institute. He explained that the National Security Law on Hong Kong gave CCP the ability to arrest anyone it wants. And article 38 of this law says that any comment, any statement on foreign soil by a foreigner is a violation of the national security law if it advocates secession, terrorism, collusion, sedition etc. The scope of this law is international, and basically CCP demands total obedience from everybody in the world. Wall Street and big businesses only care about profit, but it is up to Washington to stop them. The China threat is a build-in time bomb that needs to be dealt with sooner than later. Recently, CCP is engaging in provocative conduct around its region and Taiwan, so the US has to be extremely concerned about what happens next.
