Martin Lee, Albert Ho and Au Nok-hin etc., prominent activists of the pro-democracy camp, have been charged for organizing and initiating unauthorized assemblies on 18 August, 1 October and 20 October.
Police issued a searching warrant to all defendants, announcing in advanced that they would unlock and search their phone starting from 3 July.

Five defendants, Martin Lee, Albert Ho and Au Nok-hin, Sin Chung-kai and Yeung Sum, applied for an emergency judicial review today (4 July) to challenge the police’s searching warrants.
