President Trump gave a speech at the 75-year-old Fincantieri Marinette Marine in Wisconsin on June 25. He highly valued the contributions of blue-collar workers to the country, and proclaimed the return of shipbuilding to the States: “American workers like you are a national treasure…your eight decades of industrial heritage cannot be replicated anywhere in the world…as long as I am your President, America will never lose that shipbuilding talent or capability.”
