Japan Abandons Mandatory Vaccination and Clarifies that Vaccination Requires “Informed Consent”

Translated by: MOS Education Team – Maverick

On January 7th, the Japanese Ministry of Health abandoned the mandatory vaccination regulations and put a warning of myocarditis on the vaccine label, making it clear that vaccination will require “informed consent” to proceed and prohibits discrimination against those who refuses to be vaccinated.

First of all, the Japanese Ministry of Health lists the inflammation of the myocardium and pericardial cavity caused by the two mRNA vaccines among young male as possible serious side effects, and requires hospitals to report in detail the adverse effects that occurred within 28 days after vaccination. Secondly, the ministry emphasizes informed consent and physical autonomy. Permissions must be obtained before vaccinations after providing the necessary information. Finally, they prohibit discrimination against those who refuse to receive the experimental mRNA vaccines, and sets up a “human right” website to handle related complaints.

Unlike certain countries that are implementing mandatory vaccination policies trhough deceptions and coercion, the Japanese Ministry of Health is adopting a wise and ethical approach. It entrusts the right to decide to individual recipient, or to the parents that perform guardianship responsibilities on minors.
