The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday has issued a final rule adding 27 foreign entities and individuals to its “military end-user list” for endangering U.S. security interests or foreign policy. Those are primarily located in China and Pakistan, 12 of the  companies are in China, according to multiple media reports Nov. 25. The Commerce Department said they “engaged in activities contrary to U.S. national security and foreign policy interests” and attempted to acquire U.S. products in support of military uses,” including support for the CCP’s military quantum computing applications.

In response, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CCP, Lijian Zhao said that the United States has repeatedly generalized the concept of national security, abused national power, unreasonably suppressed Chinese companies, which has recklessly undermined the international order, economic and trade order, and free trade rules, and seriously threatened the global industrial chain and supply chain. The U.S. can be said to be hysterical and unscrupulous. He also said that he reserves the right to take necessary countermeasures against the US and will take all necessary measures to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies.

The CCP has always used military-civilian integration projects to appear as private companies, essentially exercising military purposes and stealing advanced Western technology to prepare for unrestricted warfare. When the U.S. made substantial resistance, it was so ashamed and angry, exposing its evil nature.
