Miles Whistleblowing 11/20: The CCP General Fang Fenghui Warned U.S.: Beware of Biochemical Weapons

Written by: Ermat

In the live broadcast of the “11-20” conference and the third anniversary of the establishment of the Rule of Law Foundation and the Rule of Law Society on November 20, Mr. Guo Wengui said that back in 2017, Communist Party General Fang Fenghui privately warned the United States: beware of biochemical weapons and that the Communist Party wants to build military bases in the Middle East.

Two years ago, three years ago, four years ago, the CIA used to ask me if there were military bases in the Middle East. I said no to all of them. The CIA said, we got information from the Chinese Communist Party military that the Chinese Communist Party was going to build military bases in the Middle East. I said, well, you can check it out yourselves. When I met with the CIA and FBI people, I said, you have to find a way to get rid of Fang Fenghui. I had told Bannon that Fang Fenghui wanted to cooperate with the U.S. The CIA didn’t take it seriously and were saying you’re crazy, how could he cooperate with us? Impossible. As a result, after some time Fang Fenghui was arrested by the CCP.

Before he was arrested, Fang Fenghui had been in contact with me, saying that if the Americans could keep my family safe, I would give them everything I knew. At that time he told the U.S. that the U.S. should be careful about chemical and biological weapons, and that the Chinese Communist Party planned to build multiple military bases in the Middle East. This was all happening in 2017. For the top CCP officials watching the live broadcast today, make no mistake about it, it was your people who sold you out, not the Middle East, not Guo Wengui.

Fang Fenghui, a former member of the CPC Central Military Commission and former chief of staff of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission, with the rank of general, was arrested in 2018.
