On October 15, at the request of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Nebraska Attorney General Peterson issued an opinion stating that clear and convincing evidence shows after obtaining the patient’s informed consent, the doctor used ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine to treat the COVID-19, which did not violate the Nebraska Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.
