In a live broadcast on October 10, Mr. Guo Wengui recounted a series of recent changes in U.S. policy toward Taiwan, particularly the four agreements signed secretly between China and the United States to sell Taiwan.
- The U.S. side promised not to change the Chinese Communist Party system, the economy of the two countries need to be linked, and the Chinese Communist Party need to continue to buy U.S. Treasury bonds, which is fundamental.
- Under no circumstances will U.S.-China military exchanges stop under this administration. And the U.S. has promised that there will be no military action in Taiwan, in the South China Sea. This is basically an abandonment of all past policies regarding the South China Sea.
- The two countries established that there will be no military conflict in the future and that the relationship between the two countries will be competitive. This applies to all issues such as Hong Kong, Xinjiang, and Taiwan.
- The most fundamental step in selling out Taiwan is to absolutely respect the one-China policy and oppose Taiwan’s independence, on which the United States will not blur the line.
The U.S. opposes a forceful attack on Taiwan by the Chinese Communist Party without U.S. consent. You can hit Taiwan now, but tell me before you do so. Yang Jiechi said that all Taiwan issues depend on Taiwan’s attitude. This is the first time the Chinese Communist Party has told the U.S. about the CCP’s strategy.
