The Globe and Mail reported on Sept. 17 that a Canadian source revealed that the U.S. Department of Justice has resumed negotiations with Huawei and its lawyer over a deferred prosecution agreement. Under the agreement, the U.S. will withdraw extradition and criminal prosecution against Huawei’s Chief Financial Officer, Meng Wanzhou, allowing her return to the Communist China if she pleads guilty and pays a large fine. Such ongoing talks have been held for weeks.

The Globe and Mail also mentioned this talk did not include the two Canadians who arrested by the Chinese government but may have positive influence for their release. Canada has finished extradition hearing in August, with a ruling date set on Oct. 21.

Meng,Wanzhou has a spy identification number works for ShangHai division. Back in Jan. 28, 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice prosecuted Meng and Huawei based on the RICO Act in the Eastern District of New York and the Western District of Washington. Their fate has already been set as organized crime.

Huawei is a component of the CCP’s blockchain strategy. The reason is that data collecting and analyzing under 5G technology based on quantum computing is as powerful as military weapon. Quantum computer is the fundamental technology to achieve the CCP’s “One Belt, One Road”, RMB internationalization, and the establishment of overseas military bases.

Over the past few decades, the CCP has been targeting and invading the U.S. and western countries through economy, technology, and military aspects. Mr. Miles Guo revealed that most major companies such as Norinco, Poly, Ping An, Huawei, Alibaba, WeChat, Zhenxing, ZTE, and Nuctech, are all 100% CCP state-level military industrial enterprises.
