Trump Is Filing a Lawsuit Against Facebook, Google, Twitter and Their CEOs

The former President of America, Donald J Trump, delivered an announcement in Bedminster, New Jersey this morning, fighting for the freedom and the freedom of speech of the Americans. It was a formal reengagement into the public after his two “Save America” rallies in Ohio and Sarasota. He said, “Today in conjunction with the America First Policy Institute, I am filing as the lead class representative, a major class section lawsuit against the big tech giants including Facebook, Google and Twitter, as well as their CEOs: Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai, and Jack Dorsey.” 

“We are asking the US district court for the southern district in Florida to order and immediate ought to social media companies of legal shameful censorship of the American people.…We are demanding an end to the shadow banning, a stop to the silencing, and a stop to the blacklisting, the banishing, and cancelling.… Our case would prove this censorship is unlawful and unconstitutional and completely un-American.” 

“Our filing also seeks an injunctive relief to allow prompt restitution and really restoration and…the 20 other things have to be prompt. Because it’s destroying our country. On my accounts, in addition, we are asking the court to impose punitive damages on these social media giants. We are going to hold big tech very accountable.” 

This is the first of numerous other lawsuits that would follow. This is the lead and Trump thinks it is going to be a very very important game changer for America. “It will be pivotal battle in the defensive of the first amendment and in the end I am confident that we will achieve a historical victory for American freedom and the same time freedom of speech.”
